Our Story
ABOUT OKTAY
In 2010, Steve Yatko founded and became CEO of Oktay Technology. Prior to launching the firm, Steve served as Managing Director and Global Head of IT Research & Development at Credit Suisse, where he spearheaded the firm's next generation computing environment across all of its IT divisions. During his 14-year tenure at Credit Suisse, Steve also served as Head of Global Core Technologies and CTO of Mission Critical Systems, and authored its world class global equity trading platform and analytic system, Agora and Oman.
When Steve left Credit Suisse to launch Oktay, many on his team joined him. In fact, the majority of Oktay's Technology Fellows were founding members of Credit Suisse's IT R&D organization, who helped design, build, and deploy both the application and the infrastructure for the global trading platform. Moreover, every Oktay team member has over 20 years of familiarity with front office systems and corporate infrastructure environments on Wall Street, which enables them to work effectively and seamlessly across business lines.
